Terms governing website use, orders, payments, shipping, returns, refunds and statutory consumer rights.
Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the use of velquri.com and purchases made through the website. They operate subject to mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Website Use
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security or other users. We may take reasonable steps to protect the website and its services.
Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions and images accurately. Minor display differences may occur because of screens, photography or manufacturing variation, without limiting rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
Prices and Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Import duties or customs charges, where applicable, are separate unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods subject to these Terms and the information shown at checkout.
Order Acceptance
An order is accepted when the order is accepted through the applicable order process. We may contact you if there is a material issue affecting fulfilment.
Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@velquri.com. After dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Address Changes
You may request a delivery-address change before dispatch. After dispatch, an address change cannot be guaranteed and may depend on the carrier.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Primary card brands shown on the Payment Methods page are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. The methods displayed at checkout take priority for the transaction.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is 6$ when the free-shipping threshold is not met.
Free Shipping
Orders reaching 50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit after dispatch is 7–15 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date or arrival time. Timing may vary because of destination, carrier operations, customs, peak periods, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Tracking
All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch once tracking data becomes available.
Customs and Import Duties
Where customs duties, import charges or customs handling charges arise in the destination country, they are the customer’s responsibility unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel appears to be lost, contact support@velquri.com. We review tracking and investigate with the relevant carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we offer a reshipment or refund.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal without giving a reason. Mandatory statutory rules take priority over the commercial return policy.
Returns
For items covered by the standard return policy, request a return within 14 calendar days after receipt by contacting support@velquri.com. Room 302, No. 12 Luyuan Road, Tangxia Town Dongguan City Guangdong Province 523718 China is not automatically the return address. Return instructions will provide the correct return address and procedure.
Return Shipping
For a normal non-defective return, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return shipping cost. For a valid EU statutory withdrawal, return shipping may be borne by the consumer where clearly disclosed before purchase.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are supported. For a normal non-defective exchange, the customer pays return shipping and replacement-item shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return and replacement shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged.
Defective / Incorrect / Incomplete Goods
Nothing in the standard return conditions limits rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming goods. Applicable statutory remedies remain available.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal processing target is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, but this does not replace or extend any mandatory statutory refund deadline. For an EU statutory withdrawal, required standard original delivery cost is refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Personalised Goods Exception Where Applicable
If such products are offered, clearly personalised, custom-made or made-to-order goods may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception where applicable law permits. This does not remove rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory consumer rights. Where a mandatory rule conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory rule prevails.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, layout and other protected materials may be subject to intellectual-property rights. No licence is granted except as necessary for ordinary personal use of the website.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies. Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Privacy, cookie, consent and data-protection requests should be sent to privacy@velquri.com.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
